You can download the app from Apple App Store or the Android Play Store and open a new account through the application then choose the service you need, in case you already have account you can submit a new
order after signing in in the app.
What cities are served by Albaap application?
Albaap application currently serves the following cities: Riyadh, Jeddah, Khobar, Dhahran and Dammam, and we are working to reach the rest of the kingdom’s cities and regions.
Can I choose the maintenance visit time?
Yes, you can choose the appropriate time for maintenance service through the app according to the schedule availability.
What are the service hours?
Albaap application technicians work throughout the week from 10 am till 10 pm.

What are the customer care working hours?
The customer care team works throughout the week from 8 am to 8 pm.
Can I submit a new order through the customer care?
No, you can’t , the request is submitted through the app and customer service will contact you to make an appointment. You can communicate with us in case of a technical problem in the application where the
problem will be dealt with as important as possible.
What is the Albaap technicians nationality?
Most of Albaap technicians are Filipino with accurate engineering training and follow up.
Is there any kind of service follow up and monitoring?
Daily and periodic follow up on technicians after completing the service through the system and every work that the technicians do in the client’s house is recorded so that the client can be informed of everything later if needed.
Is there a guarantee for the hand work service?
Sure, Albaap app provides a guarantee on the service provided for three months for any handwork service.
Can Albaap application supply material or spare parts?
Yes we can, Albaap application provides original material and spare parts from the main suppliers to ensure quality with the best prices.
Is there a guarantee on spare parts?
Yes, ِAlbaap app provides two years guarantee on the materials used except mechanical materials (water pump, compressor and air conditioning fans) which has a three months guarantee for the same work
implemented only without any responsibility on the other parts of the device.
What are the payment methods?
We provide to our clients a variety of payment methods where you can pay through the following methods: Apple Pay, Mada, Visa, MasterCard or Pay Later if you are a subscription client.
Can you install Chinese parts if provided by the client?
Yes , but we did not guarantee the part.
After repairing the malfunctions and if the problem returns again during the warranty period, what do I do?
You can contact customer care through the application live chat or you can call us to reopen your order free of charge.
What does air conditioners cleaning service include?
Includes full air conditioner cleaning (internal and external unit) plus checking Freon level.
What does garden maintenance services include?
Our garden maintenance services include piping and maintenance of irrigation systems, without trimming or pruning trees.
Do the maintenance services include maintenance of electrical or mobile devices?
No, our maintenance services are limited to air conditioning, control systems, irrigation systems, pumps and water heaters. We do not maintain mobile devices.
How can I contact you in case of urgent service?
This service is limited only for the subscription clients.
Is there difference between subscription prices and regular prices?
Sure, the subscription saves up to 40% of current prices.
How to subscribe to an annual subscription?
You can select the applicable subscription from the mobile app as per house need and size and purchase it online.
